REST offers peered, hybrid support-psychoeducational groups on Zoom three nights a week. These groups are based on the well-researched and proven methods of Community and Family Training (CRAFT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), aspects of Cognitive-Behavioral methods, and Invitation to Change (ITC). REST also supports harm reduction as a pathway to/of recovery.

This is a community of peers that provide support while:

• Learning about substance use disorders

• Developing skills and strategies to help guide your loved one toward recovery without compromising your values, and

• Identifying and exploring ways to take care of yourself in challenging moments.
